A...It's a tough thing, to fight the inner lazy. Also, to not feel lazy when you know your body isn't up to a full-length workout. This morning, my alarm went off at 0430. I knew I was mentally ready for it, but my left calf didn't agree... it's still sore/tight from my Sunday long run. So I erred on the side of caution & didn't run. Hoping it'll loosen up to get in the miles after work.
