Oh yeah, I'm posting this! Normally, I don't post results of individual runs during the week. I run my base during the week, so the results aren't usually remarkable. Until today.
I've decided that Wednesday mornings will be pacing runs for me. I don't do speedwork, so I figured it'd be a great way to pick up the pace & work on getting a bit faster. I didn't expect such a great result. Feeling good (mentally) all day long thanks to this run... of course, my legs hate me but they'd better get used to it! :D
