I haven't done this in awhile, so I figured I'd get real. It's Monday and it's the first of the month. That makes it a perfect day to (re)commit to a goal. So here it is:
On 31 August 2011, this scale measurement will be under 150 lbs. Even if it's 149.9 lbs, I'll finally break the 150 barrier.
It's full-on committment time... not just to the scale goal, but to my marathon training. I have to get serious & actually log miles. If I don't, I'll never be able to finish the marathon. Having just come off vacation, I'm ready for some serious athletics. August is a good month to combine my scale goal with my marathon goal. Let's do this! :D
