Pinspiration

We all have those days. We go to bed with the intention of waking up early enough to get our workouts in before work. But then the alarm goes off & we lay there & stare at it. Or we hit snooze & go back to bed.  Maybe we meant to hit up the fitness after work, as a type of stress-reliever. But the work day ran long... or was so stressful we have no energy left to work out with.

I've lost track of the amount of times I've thought about working out without actually doing it. I can talk myself out of anything & I'm great at coming up with excuses for why I can't work out (TF, work exhausted me, etc.)... pretty pathetic, right? But it means I understand how difficult it can be to fight your inner lazy. Which is why when I found this on pinterest, I knew I had to use it.

Good luck in the week to all. Hope you do it more than you think about it.

    1. It's a tough thing, to fight the inner lazy. Also, to not feel lazy when you know your body isn't up to a full-length workout. This morning, my alarm went off at 0430. I knew I was mentally ready for it, but my left calf didn't agree... it's still sore/tight from my Sunday long run. So I erred on the side of caution & didn't run. Hoping it'll loosen up to get in the miles after work. But stuff like this also makes me feel lazy even though I know I'm not.
